As with many of our clients, Y Tree wanted to find a way to avoid going through the recruitment process only to find the new employee wasn’t the right fit for the company. Having previously hired someone who was a great fit on paper and at interview, then finding they just didn’t suit the role, the company culture or the client requirements, they felt it was time to use a more modern methodology.
With the more traditional recruitment methods clearly unsuitable for Y Tree, they came to us for a more thorough and proactive approach, and the deeper assessment process we offer via our You & Me recruitment platform.

During this first stage of our ongoing relationship with Y Tree, we’ve managed to find them two new graduate recruits for their client analyst positions. By focusing on the client’s specific benchmarking criteria and company culture, we placed on more that ‘paper evidence’, ensuring a detailed and personal process that enabled us to match by ‘best fit’, not just experience.
